Responsibilities:

• Provide a full spectrum of company secretarial services for the Group(non-listed);
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and statutory requirements of popular jurisdictions;
  
• Provide compliance advice on corporate matters of the Group;
• Prepare statutory filings and maintain proper statutory records.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor in Corporate Governance or related discipline
• Associate member of HKICS/ICSA;
• Minimum 10 years’ solid post qualification experience in corporate secretarial functions of private companies;
• Well-versed in the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and statutory requirements of popular jurisdictions;
• Possess an analytical, problem solving and best solution mind-set;
• Knowledge in offshore trusts is an added advantage;
• Work independently under pressure and a good team-player with strong interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;  
• Computer literacy in Chinese Word Processing, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
