The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive property management services of the highest quality residential estate.  S/he will also act as customer interface to ensure efficient, safe and cost-effective services in accordance with customers' requirements.

Requirements

• Degree holder with related qualifications, such as MCIH, MHKIH, RPHM or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in property and estate management, with at least 2 years in managerial level 
• Experience in managing luxury residential properties would be an advantage
• Proficient in DMC and BMO
• Strong communication, interpersonal and supervision skills, achievement-driven and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
