Financing Manager 融資經理

Hong Kong Office of a Property Developer HQ in Guangzhou

職責描述：

1、負責股權融資（IPO、增發、配股）、公司債融資、中期票據和短期融資券融資方案策劃及落地

2、負責資產證券化、供應鏈融資（ABS）、資產支持票據融資（ABN）的方案策劃及落地

3、負責境內外融資渠道的拓展和中介機構的關係維護

4、負責組織信用評級

任職要求：

1. 海外留學背景，工作語言以英語為主。

2. 有投資或融資經驗。

3. 需要出差到國內
