Our client is one of the leading Global property investment corporate; their business operation covers Australian and United Kingdom properties development, strategy planning and real estate investment. With their continuously expansion in the top class business globally, they are looking for an Accountant (Global Property Investment Group/MNC Environment/Great close-knit team) to join their expanding team and further career development. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, duties will be covering in (Full-set accounting, settlement, transaction reconciliation and Internal Budget reports etc.) 
• Responsible for Financial reports and year-end closing process 
• Assist with the property management group by reporting to an Australian Managing Director for a various Financial reports 
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual cash flow 
• Oversee and prepare monthly report to APAC headquarter 
• Provide professional ad-hoc as required 

Requirements:  

• Degree Holder in Accounting/Finance/Statistic or related discipline
• Minimum 3  years of solid Full-set accounting experiences (Experiences in any MNC or Property Investment group will be beneficial although not necessary) 
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Be highly organised and a good team player
• Proficiency in Excel,Vlook up, word and outlook
• Familiar with Xero accounting system will be an advantages  
• Detail-minded, with strong communication, sensational analytical and problem solving skills 
• Self-motivated, mature, with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently under pressure
