• Coordinate and follow up with in-house general administration
• Coordinate office renovation and maintenance works
• Office equipment & stationery control and supplies
• Issue Admin. Circular and handle insurance matters
• Prepare data for reporting purpose & monthly reports of center
• Assist in center paper work matters
• Assist in any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• F.7 / HKDSE or above, preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Possess positive work ethics, responsible, attentive to details and self-discipline
• Familiar with MS Office
• Basic research skills, to coordinate quotations from vendors and simple contracts
• Awareness of basic principles of estate management
• Basic knowledge of process thinking and workflow (including paper flow) management
