Reports To: Senior Operations Manager

Job status : Full-time

Position Description

Responsible for the management and implementation of ordering, communication with customers internally as business teams, RAQA and marketing departments; and externally as customers and distributors. To ensure the fulfillment of the sales order. To assure customer inquiries and complaints are responded to appropriately, timely, and documented as necessary. To execute logistics activities including order management, warehousing and transportation, import and export coordination.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with business teams and customers on the fulfillment of the orders and requests
  • Perform order processing in the Oracle and eOrdering Platform
  • Assist in develop, manage and improve the order procedures
  • Troubleshoot problems regarding orders, shipments and returns
  • Key contact for pricing, scheduling and inventory status
  • Answer customer calls and qualify customer needs
  • Provide product or service information to customers
  • Keep proper and systematic track record of the documentations
  • Follow up on the backorder fulfillment status with continuous supply of inventory
  • Follow up on the production and shipping situation
  • Marketing support and ad hoc duties as required
  • Work seamless with internal parties like Finance, Supply Demand Planner & Shipping guys in overseas, as well as the 3rd party logistics partner in the HK hub
  • Performs other related duties as directed by the direct line manager

 

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, or equivalent preferred
  • Customer Service experience essential at regional level
  • Experience in using ERP like NetSuite, Oracle or SAP
  • High initiative, good problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and a good team player
  • Advanced in MS Excel including but not limited to PivotTables, Vlookup, Index/Match, Data Tables
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skill in English
  • At least 8 relevant working experience
