Job Description

Dentsply Sirona is looking for a Clinical Education Manager ,APAC who will provide technical support in the country/ region, i.e. by education, on-site problem solving and supervision.

He/She will be supporting the RCO in developing and conducting training & education programs towards customers, organize and execute local Train-the-Trainer programs. Capturing feedback from users (VOC) and act as a professional consultant on applications and imparting knowledge and customers’ benefit on all strategic Dentsply Sirona products in the RCO. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Providing technical and product-related support in the RCO 
  • Conducing product-related trainings and programs towards customers and employees on behalf of RCO 
  • Planning, organizing and conducting technical education to customers and employees 
  • Running workshops 
  • Supporting the Sales team during exhibitions and events for Dentsply Sirona and partners across the region
  • Increasing specific technical knowledge at universities, schools and professional associations 
  • Technical consulting for trade, customer and dental laboratories 
  • Performing Needs Analysis for and Follow-up on Training & Education (T&E) activities 
  • Proper documentation of campaigns, e.g. T&E activities, and contribution to required reports
  • Collaboration with external speakers, e.g. KOL 
  • Capturing voice of customer and market insights 
  • Local customer and KOL support upon request 
  • Complaint reporting in accordance to complaint handling process 
  • Evaluation of technical/ clinical complaints upon request (2nd level support) 
  • Conducting the “Train-the-Trainer” (TTT) program together with the assigned Technical Advisors in the region 
  • Compliance with company policy and procedures 
  • Collaborating with other local Clinical Education Managers 
  • Implementing processes 

Education:

  • Certified Dentist   

Experience:   

  • 2 years of experience in clinical functions of dental business, with knowledge of dental practice
  •  Project management experience
  • Experience with a multi-cultural environment and able to cooperate with cross functional teams
  • Operational experience in working with field sales teams and cross functional support teams

Specific Knowledge and Skills   

  • Effective business planning, event organization and implementation skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressures
  • Good command in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Willing and able to travel at least 30% - 50%
