Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Primary customer interface to coordinate customer requirement to lab operations.
- Provide friendly and professional pre-sale and post-sales throughout order transaction.
- Handle sample registration and release of test report.
- Handle customer enquiry on service capacity, quotation, reporting status, report contents and complaints.
- Follow up with customer on missing information and samples.
- Provide regular summary report to customer regarding the lab service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in laboratory testing company (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Executive).
- Highly-organized, able to work independently and capable of working under pressure with multi-task assignments
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Familiar with European regulations/standards is an advantage.
- Having the experience of component sorting is an advantage.
- Immediately available is an advantage.
