Act as a champion to ensure business strategies and solutions are realized under a cost efficient and innovative manner.  You will be working closely with the Head of Business to:

• Identify and analyze new business opportunities with the support of business opportunity analysis
• understand business objectives, industry trends and competitive landscape and apply innovation as well as the latest technologies to enhance business promotions and performance
• devise and reinvent the whole sales process with an aim to build a successful “life cycle” to enhance efficiency as well as monitor sales and market information
• develop and organize marketing events and initiatives to promote and achieve a long term client partnership relationship
• play a key role to champion and coordinate new and assigned projects and drive these projects through working closely with all stakeholders and to control project costs, track budget and report progress and risks from time to time as to meet business goals and priorities
• lead and perform analysis to balance the expectations between business and clients and recommend alternative technological approaches when working on the features and enhancements of the projects
• support B2B sales and marketing related activities as appropriate

The Person

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales & marketing, insurance, medical or healthcare in which 2 years of relevant experience in project management
• Bachelor degree holder preferably in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Excellent project management and analytical skills with a proven track record in delivering business change and transformation projects
• Passionate about new business technologies
• Ability in managing stakeholders at multiple levels as well as external vendors
• Well organized with good marketing sense as well as strong ownership and servicing mindset
• Creative, open-minded, proactive and meticulous
• A good team player with good people, negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
