Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working with IT and other departments on the practical application of information security and data privacy
• Drive effective information security and data privacy by providing in-depth technical expertise
• Provide internal specialist guidance to ensure delivery of an effective information security and data privacy framework in a corporate level, enabling control of risks and network protection in an aligned manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in information security, computer science or related disciplines
• At least 10 years of experience in information security/data privacy in the Telecom and IT areas
• Sound track record of project management experiences and proficient in IT risk management, IT risk auditing and/or compliance
• Experience in security incident management
• Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as ISO 27001, CobiT, ITIL
• Certification in Information Security disciplines such as CISM, CISA or CISSP is preferred
• General knowledge of regulatory developments and supervisory practices
• Good communication skills for delivering information security/data privacy messages to technical and non-technical audiences, up to management levels
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
