職責
- 負責店舖裝修及維修保養項目﹔
- 聯絡及安排承判商及其他相關人士以完成店舖裝修及維修保養工作﹔
- 監察承判商於店舖裝修及維修保養工程之進度。
資歷
- 中五程度或以上，具備1-2年店舖裝修及維修保養工程經驗﹔
- 熟悉電腦操作﹔
- 良好溝通技巧﹔具計劃及執行工程項目之經驗更佳﹔
- 外向，獨立及能於緊迫時限內完成工作﹔
- 持有註冊電牌或懂AutoCAD更佳。
Project Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall store renovation project;
- Liaise with internal clients, vendors and contractors;
- Manage the contractor to carry out store maintenance or renovation works to meet deadline.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with 1-2 years of working experience in store maintenance and renovation projects;
- Conversant with MS applications;
- Good communications skills; previous exposure in project planning and implementation is an added value;
- Outgoing, , independent and able to meet tight schedule;
- Registered electrician / Possession of AutoCAD knowledge is a definite advantage.
