Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

• Achieve individual sales target, contribute ideas and suggestions to the achievement of the boutique objective.
• Demonstrate high level of sales proficiency and maintain top notch sales record.
• Take possible actions to maximize the sales opportunity on all categories.

Customer Service:

• Implement the standard selling ceremony in a consistent manner, to ensure the service meets and exceeds the customer’s expectation.
• Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through personal grooming, dress code and behavior.
• Handle customer complaints in store and over the phone in a professional manner.
• Thoroughly and effectively follow up customer incidents (Complaints repair etc).
• Demonstrate a constant awareness of superior customer service, assist Sales Associates in the selling ceremony, and provide support in order to maintain a high quality of service.

CRM:

• Capture customer data by introducing the privilege of being a Versace client.
• Manage customer data effectively to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
• Proactively take possible actions to maintain a long term relationship with customer and maximize sales opportunity.
• Monitor and provide necessary guidance to Sales Associate on clienteling.
• Support the organization of In-store & Promotional events, as per Shop in Charge guidelines.

Operations:

• Master the technical knowledge and skills that the assigned duties require, and contribute independently to the smooth running of the store.
• Identify and inform anomalies in daily operations, and provide possible action for improvement.
• Perform varied tasks depending on the needs of the business.
• Ensure the appearance of the store and products presented are up to standard.
• Ensure the products replenishment and inventory of merchandise of the responsible categories.
• Assist the store manager to prepare sales report, product feedback on the assigned categories.
• Participate in meeting and training, VM set up, sales event, merchandise replenishment, team building, initiated by the company or store manager.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance.

Training and Development:

• Master a full set of skills and knowledge in terms of product and service, in order to provide the necessary training to the Sales Associates.
• Play an active role on follow up the training received from various team, assist the store manager to organize in-store training and coaching session.
• Delegate work to Sales Associates, supervise and provide guidance to ensure the accuracy and quality of work.

 Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in retail or luxury industry
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Dynamic team player with ability to positively motivate staff and network to build relationship
• Strong fashion sense with passion in providing excellent customer service
• Good analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available preferred
