RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To ensure timely, clear and accurate communication with the respective customers
• To develop customer-specific SOP documents for both internal and external processes and to maintain the SOP documents by incorporating new and/or changed instructions
• To maintain logistics operation by following the agreed procedure
• To monitor the operational quality for the Key Accounts across the Asia offices and implement measures, KPI’s and reports for such monitoring
• To monitor data integrity for Key Accounts in our IT platform
• To work in conjunction with other offices and/or departments in the region as well as overseas partners to jointly implement Key Accounts
• To establish amiable customer relationships & value proposition and to increase customer retention
• To prepare and conduct presentations to overseas Key Accounts and/or agent partners

 REQUIREMENTS:

• University Graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any related field
• Relevant experience in a Key Account Management and/or Logistics & SCM role, preferably gained within a multinational Logistics or Freight Forwarding company
• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) communication ability. Fluency in any other language is a definite advantage
• Team player that works well with peers in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to external customers as well as internal points of contacts;
• Good computer literacy, with strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Diligent and customer-oriented mindset
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
