Responsibilities:

1. Source and purchase materials/equipment to meet the business needs. Assist the manager to ensure all building services systems and building facilities in HK and Mainland are operating in good condition and in compliance with Government Ordinances and Regulations.
2. Support the negotiations with suppliers on pricing, terms & conditions.
3. Monitor and evaluate suppliers’ quality and delivery performance.
4. Prepare contracts and Procurement Reports.
5. Diagnose and evaluate potential risks and technical issues, and propose improvement plans in accordance with the master program, ISO requirements and yearly budget.
6. Other ad-hoc jobs as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
2. 1 to 2 years relevant experiences. Fresh Graduate with relevant internship experience will be considered.
3. Able to work under pressure and willing to learn.
4. Good team player with strong organizational and communication skill.
5. Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

(Those with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
