Job Description

What's the role:
- Understand end to end supply chain process, primarily logistics operations & shipping document requirement for account payable audit purposes
- Understand the importance of customs and international trade business & in compliance through handling import shipment arrangement (e.g. prepare import documents, customs compliance documents)
- Support SAP data entry for vendor payment, commission settlement to Buying Offices & Account Payable Audit Record in system
- Support Logistics invoice verification posting to General Ledger for Finance’s reporting & transaction
- Explore supply chain industry trends & what future looks like
- Share of best practices & identify key challenge in markets
