Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and drive a highly effective team as to retain and build up assigned strategic accounts business;
2. Meets assigned targets for operational KPI’s, profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the assigned accounts;
3. Lead solution development with all origins and clients, identify and execute tactics designed to solve specified operational problems of clients;
4. Ensure to consistently deliver Operational Excellence;
5. Establishes productive, professional relationships with assigned accounts as to maintain and develop strong business relationship and identify additional business opportunities;
6. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

 Requirements:

1. 8+ years’ experience in strategic account management in global forwarding / logistics;  especially experience on USA and Europe trade
2. Good skill on rate negotiation with carriers.
3. Bachelor / Master degree in supply chain / business related disciplines;
4. Ability to embrace change in a dynamic, ambiguous and challenging business environment;
5. Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence;
6. Excellent analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking;
7. Self-motivated, with an ability to self-manage, commitment to teamwork;
8. Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English & Chinese;
9. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
