Responsibilities:

• Perform system configuration and prepare functional specifications as well as testing configuration from concept to production rollout;
• Coordinate regular meeting with functional team and key business users for the update project status;Provide advice and transfer business knowledge to functional team;
• Analyze and resolve project related issues and document issue resolution;
• Support user acceptance test, prepare user manual and conduct training.

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Information Technology or related subjects;
• 2 years’ or above experience in business analyst role
• Facilitate ERP team to design and develop SAP functions to support business development;
• Knowledge on SAP in terms of functionality, usage, configuration, testing, training, documentation and product support would be highly desirable;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proven documentation skills.
