The Roles:

1. Be responsible for daily accounting duties including handle government funding, payment issue, fund transfer, general ledger and bank reconciliation;
2. Assist in month/year end closing and preparing audit & tax matters;
3. Assist project teams to monitor the financial status of the projects;
4. Co-ordinate with relevant parties and maintain accurate accounting records;
5. Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines;
2. At least 4 years relevant work experience, preferably gained from non-profit organizations;
3. Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word and accounting software (we currently use Sunsystems);
4. A self-motivated and responsible team player with good work attitude and communication skill;
5. Meticulous, Multi-tasking and able to work within deadlines;

(More experience would be considered as Senior Accounting Executive)
