Position Overview:

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the position is expected to play a strong supporting role in the finance operations.  Occasional travels are necessary.

Job Duties:

• Handle the routine payments and books of account of various holding companies
• Coordinate with inter-office Finance Head to obtain necessary information for reporting and analytical requirements
• Handle the monthly consolidation of the Group and corresponding management reports
• Risk identification, management and control
• Formulate the Group’s Risk policy and procedures
• Facilitate and support the compilation of Group policies and procedures for proper internal control
• Work with external auditors to facilitate the Interim Review, Annual Audit and Internal Audit Review
• Support on the preparation of the Interim and Annual Report
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Required qualifications: 

• Degree holder in Accountancy
• 3-4 years’ solid experience in handling Financial Reporting and Consolidation for a Group with 10-15 subsidiaries
• 4-5 years’ Audit experience in international audit firm
• Work Independently
• Mature and willing to take up responsibilities
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Outgoing to work with team members from different countries
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Experience in audit or handling Listed Company Reporting is preferred
• Knowledge in SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to travel
