Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set of accounts;
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reporting and performing analysis;
• Prepare monthly invoices, bank reconciliation and month end schedules;
• Follow up accounts payable / receivable, and handle payments;
• Deal with overseas subsidiaries, business agents, external auditors, etc;
• Perform filing and ad hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting; 
• 2 - 3 years relevant financial or management accounting experience;
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications and knowledge of SUN accounting system would be a definite advantage;
• Good command of both spoken and written English;
• Independent, well-organized and good analytical and problems-solving skills;
• Proactive, dedicated and a team player;
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Available within 2 weeks.
