RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Vietnam Finance Team in month-end closing, and review and analysis of monthly financial performance;
• Review and analyze of monthly financial performance of the Group, in particular German and US office; 
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors on audits;
• Ensure strict compliance of the Group's internal policy within business units;
• Act as Finance representative in various projects for ensuring improvements in controls, and sound controls and efficiency procedures are in place;
• Undertake ad hoc projects as required; and
• Travel to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam 4 to 5 days each month

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or business administration;
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience in accounting and/ or auditing field, with knowledge of manufacturing is an advantage;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant;
• Self motivated and able to work independently;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaboratively work with different stakeholders of the Group;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in PC skills, in particular MS Excel and Chinese word processing; and
• Immediate available is preferred
