We are seeking an experienced, thorough and detail-oriented Assistant Accounting Manager to join our rapidly growing company. This individual has to be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will demonstrate your expertise in a variety of accounting practices, including accounts receivable and payable, reconciling the general ledger, approving expense reports, conducting audits and develop paperwork for regulatory reporting. Our ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of accounting experience with a track record for providing accurate and efficient work.

JOBS AND DUTIES:
•  Assist and prepare full set of accounts and year end audit.
•  Handle daily accounting operations, including AR, AP and bank reconciliation.
•  Prepare financial statements and regulatory reporting documents.
•  Supervise accounting department, junior employees and accounting assistants.
•  Liaise with auditor and bankers.
•  Handle confidential information; organize and maintain files.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•  Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related subject.
•  Min. 3-5 years experience in accounting preferrably in a manufacturing field.  
•  Proficient in using Excel Functions. 
•  Proficient with accounting software: MYOB or relevant.
•  Analytical, detail-minded and well-organized.
•  Team player, proactive and possess good communication skills.
•  Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
•  Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Accounting Clerk.
