Senior A/C Clerk

Job Description

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy or Finance
• Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in accounting field
• Strong experience in handling management accounts
• Proactive, detailed-minded, learn spirit, responsible and hardworking
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Immediately available is a plus

 Responsibilities:

• Perform daily routine accounting including A/P or A/R duties
• Prepare vouchers and general ledger entries;
• Prepare the daily bank balance, reconciliation and transaction report.
• Prepare and reconcile inter-company transactions;
• Handle accounting entries.
• Experience in beauty or service industry is an advantage
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required
• Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
