Job Duties:

• Co-ordinates new product designs and manages project timelines.
• Generates QA and QC specs and manages related issues.
• Liaises with factories on PD of new products; and subsequent production issues.
• Manages department work flow and documentation.
• Main contact with outside labs.

Requirements:

• U-grad in ME or IE

• 7+ years relevant working experience, preferably in the toy industry.

• Self-motivated and strong problem solving skills.

• Systematic; imaginative; inquisitive; analytical.

• Strong appreciation of latest legal requirements on Toy safety.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Putonghua.

• Occasional travel to China.
