Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordination of full recruitment cycle
- Arrange application or extension of visa; including IANG,GEP,ASMTP
- Prepare employment contracts and other HR related letters
- Act as contact person with outsourced company to complete payroll and insurance processing services
- Briefing of company policies and procedures to new employees.
- Maintenance of staff database.
- Coordinate annual evaluation, salary and bonus review.
- Supervision of junior admin staff.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources/ Administration related discipline.
- Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in handling HR & Admin matters with an emphasis in recruitment
- Well versed in employment ordinance and other HR regulations
- Proactive, mature and detail minded; Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Highly independent; with ability to handle all HR functions
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Immediately available is preferred.
