Responsibilities:

• Assist to review operation workflow and identify process enhancement
• Coordinate new product development and enhancement of existing products
• Develop and implement technical solution to resolve work issues
• Compile trouble-shooting analysis related to faulty products and services
• Develop in-house software tools for process / testing / analysis automation purpose

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years relevant experience in electronic or IT industries
• Experience in operation workflow and process improvement to enhance operation efficiency is a plus
• University graduate in Computer Science / IT / Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
• Knowledge in c / Java / PHP programming
• Knowledge in Android and web application development is an advantage
• Good in report writing, product defects analysis and process re-engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office (English and Chinese)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate is welcomed and will be starting as a trainee position

SCHSA provides Care-on-Call Service, a comprehensive 24/7 support service consisting of emergency aid, integrated care, around-the-clock vigilance service, health management, and day-to-day living assistance.
