MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as a 360 degree consultant in terms of business development, researching, interviewing and closing the job orders
• Manage the candidate and clients via relationship management, consultative approach and consistent communications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work across multiple roles at the same time
• Keep closely updates on hiring trends and openings in various companies

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or equivalent or other discipline
• Strong phone filtering skills, time management and judgment in screening/ shortlisting candidates
• Understands urgency, delivery focused and meets tight deadlines
• Confident in communication, negotiation and presentation skills, possess can-do attitude at work
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
• Applicants with less experience would be considered as Associate Consultant provided with at least 1 years of experience in a research/ sourcing candidates or in business development with proven track record
