Assistant Accounting and HR Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily payment operation including issuing of cheques
• Handling monthly payroll calculations and reports, including medical claims, MPF enrolment and employees’ tax return
• Providing all-round HR function support, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, as necessary
• Roster, leave and attendance management
• Responsible for candidate sourcing and selection, such as CV screening and conducting interviews
• Managing and updating employees’ profiles, visa applications and training applications
• Admin. duties.
• Provide support to office administration

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Bachelor Degree 
• Minimum 2 years relevant HR working experience
• Experience in aesthetic medical industry would be an advantage
• Good manner and communication skills
• Good PC skill,e.g. MS Word, MS Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
