Job Responsibilities

• Maintain filing system and data entry
• Perform office administration duties including but not limited to procurement of office supplies, repair/ maintenance of office equipment and facilities
• Assist in organizing company events
• Handle leasing administration, including report preparation, new lettings, renewals and tenancy administration, and related documents;
• Process and follow up rental documents and related administration work;
• Provide support and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Form 5 /DSE or above with 3 years of relevant experience
• Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel, Chinese work processing and Power point
• Independent, organized, self-motivated and with positive working attitude
• Preference to work at Kowloon Bay area
• Holder of LCCI Elementary Level in Accounting and previous working experience in construction industry will be an added advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
