Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions and duties
- Assisting in reviewing and formulating Human Resources policies, procedures and strategies
- Providing HR accounts service to business units and daily support to Human Resources Department
- Handling of daily attendance records and leave document
- To participating in setting up of HRIS with key roles in data preparation and transfer, UAT, liaison with vendors, etc.
- Prepare statistics and analysis for Management
- Handle ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- With at least 4 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations, with exposure in toys or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
- Well-verse in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced usage in Excel & PowerPoint
- Preference will be given to those with experience in managing set up of HRIS
- Independent and self-motivated, with good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate in working with people and challenging environment
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua
- 5.5 day workweek
- Those with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Human Resources Officer
