Job Description
Recruitment consultant
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional recruitment services to our clients
- Perform the recruitment process from sourcing candidate, screening CV to conducting interview
- Develop and maintain a candidate database
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with clients
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Experience in IT or banking industry is an advantageous
- Independent, responsible, detail-minded and out-going
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
