Job description:

• Create and maintain the Item Master and Bill of Material (BOM) in system
• Create Engineering Change in system and monitor the ECR & ECO status
• Upload and maintain engineering & quality documents in system
• Check and ensure information from various departments is up to date and accurate
• Manage and maintain control document in system

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with 3 years ' relevant working experience in ECO, BOM and item master
• Experience in document management, system administration is preferred
• Strong administration and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
