Job Description
Key Job Accountabilities
- Provide secretarial support to two General Manager: calendar management, conference room booking and visual equipment set up, travel arrangement, expenses claims, etc.
- Consolidate and validate different Monthly Brand Reports, and some other ad hoc reports
- Prepare documents for internal and external meetings and provide logistics arrangement, including venue sourcing and booking, SAP ordering, visa arrangement
- Coordinate the arrival of new employees (transfer files, induction planning, IT requests, etc.)
- Responsible for the PO creation and invoice processing
- Gather, communicate, and dispatch information throughout the team, organize quarterly team building
- Support some family issue for GM (housing, schooling, etc.)
Requirements
- Experienced in secretarial and administrative work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, need to be comfortable interacting with others and socially at ease with other colleagues and team members
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive, willing to learn and take ownership
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Proficient in PC application SAP, MS Office & Excel (Vlookup and PivotTable)
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
