Responsibilities: 

• Perform full spectrum of end to end recruitment process, C&B functions and HR system management;
• Maintain accurate staff record, leave record and filling etc.;
• Provide support to the team and facilitate different kinds of employee activities;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
• 2-3 years working experience in payroll processing & HR functions;
• Experience in retail industry is an advantage;
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance;
• Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word, Excel (vlookup, pivot table) and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of English and Cantonese;
• A pleasant team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently, stable and responsible;
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferable.
