Role and responsibilities:

Group Financial Controller / Group Senior Finance Manager. The title will depend on the candidate’s competencies and experience.

He or she will support Group CFO on overall group financial management across financial planning & analysis, cashflow management, treasury, accounting & tax, and stakeholder relations, etc.

The activities of the group spans across Australia, South East Asia and Greater China, and other regions that the group is actively developing its businesses.

The competencies and/or responsibilities required include:
Financial planning & analysis, budget consolidation, cash flow management, payables and receivables review, treasury, corporate taxes, group accounting and reporting, and finance team management.

The ideal candidate is expected to be:

• An existing financial controller with at least 3 years’ experience working in a business with regional or multi-national operations, or
• One with least 7 to 10 years of experience as a finance manager with broad financial responsibilities supporting a CFO, in a business with regional or multi-national operations

Candidates with strong 2 out of 3 of the following competencies will have added advantages: treasury including cashflow management, corporate taxes, or group accounting & reporting

 Academic, qualifications and personalities:

At least a bachelor’s degree in a numerical discipline, chartered accounting qualification, competency in written and spoken English, and possess team leadership qualities.
