Job Duties 工作職責：

• Assist to liease with banks financial institutions in connection with the Group’s financing activities; 協助與銀行及其他金融機構協調對接集團貸款事宜；

• Monitor debt and capital structure, review financing agreements, loan administration, and maintain relations with local and overseas financial institutions; 監察債務和資本結構，審查融資協議，貸後管理，並維持與本地和海外金融機構關係；

• Keep track of latest compliance requirements, rules and regulations in relation to corporate financing in China and Hong Kong; 掌握有關中國和香港公司融資的最新合規要求，規則和法規；

• Preparing bank loan summary report, cash flow summary report, annual forecast; 編制銀行貸款匯總報告、現金流量預測報告、年度資金預算及每月投融資金需求計劃；

• Handle ad hoc projects; 處理臨時項目；

Requirements 要求：

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience financial or treasury function; sizable in PRC corporation; 至少擁有3-5年融資等相關工作經驗，有國企工作經驗優先；

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines; 持有工商管理，金融或相關學科本科或以上學位；

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent, mature with good communication skills; 注重細節，自我激勵，獨立，成熟，具有良好的溝通能力；

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage; 良好的中文和英文書寫和口語能力，熟練普通話；

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Points and Chinese typing; 精通MS Word，Excel，Power Point和中文輸入；

• Short Business trip to Mainland China may be required 需要到中國內地及海外出差
