Key Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation for fund and discretionary accounts
• Prepare periodic statements for investors
• Liaise with brokers, investment managers and fund administrators to resolve trade breaks
  
• Liaise with related parties in routine administration of fund and other custom reporting and projects for specific needs
• Handle counterparty accounts opening
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience in fund administration or fund operation
• Strong in Trade Processing
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Stong analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Team Player with excellent written and verbal communication skills to talk with investors and maintain company image
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently with muti-tasking
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
