Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate deep knowledge of specific SAP Ariba tools and methodologies including Supplier Risk Management & Supplier Performance Management

2. Manage incoming supplier risk assessment and conduct due diligence evaluations of suppliers and engagement process

3. Conduct ongoing periodic risk assessment of suppliers to ensure inherent and residual risk remain accurate

4. Conduct supplier tier classification, manage supplier to keep up-to-date supplier information / profile in the system

5. Review & perform supplier renewal and termination

6. Ability to quickly develop strong understanding of the process flow and risk logic within the supplier manager tool to successfully support business and risk stakeholder in completing risk assessments in an accurate and timely manner

7.Evaluate and coordinate with different relationship managers on supplier performance & risk assessment survey

8. Develop and run consistent and accurate reports related to the supplier list and analyze data to prepare supplier reporting for senior management

Requirements

- University graduate required

- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills

- High level of self-motivation and initiative, and ability to operate effectively as a team player

- 2-3 years of evaluating and managing supplier risk in a regulated environment

- ISO 27001 or ISO9001 certificates is an advantage
