You could able to:

• Act as second line of deference to oversee day to day risk and fraud analysis to support our business
• Manage the Risk HK Unit, as part of and in conjunction with the larger global Risk Management team
• Communicate directly with external and internal parties regarding risk events
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and peers across the organization
• Perform hands-on risk investigations / analysis and provide analytical insights
• Manage off-hour support for urgent company wide risk events
• Technical orientation/experience (programming / scripting language / SQL – a plus)

Have you accomplished these kinds of qualifications?

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• At least 2 years of previous experience in managerial role of online risk, fraud prevention, investigation \ intelligence units, online payments / credit, behavioral analytics or other Fintech entities
• Candidates from online payment, e-commerce, online marketplace or other relevant digital experience are highly preferred
• The candidate needs to have solid people managerial experience, relevant Risk experience is a plus, not a must. 
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably both Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Expert communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in a highly independent role
• Experience with analysis/investigations to identify trends and patterns
• Highly motivated and willing to go the extra mile for our clients
• Proactive, positive attitude, initiative, energetic
• A can-do approach, passionate and committed
• Quick-thinker, wide general knowledge, fast learner, problem-solving skills
• Pay attention to small details and yet see the big picture
• Strong command of Excel and other MS Office Suite tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
