Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up the introduction of strategic investors and the implementation of the reorganization plan;
• Cooperate with investors and intermediaries in conducting due diligence, evaluation and pricing analysis, and preparing relevant materials;
• Perform deal sourcing, documentation, marketing and placing;
• Carry out data collection, data processing and material integration for case studies of Capital Operations;
• Organize roadshow and marketing activities;
• Other work assigned by the financial Department head

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance;
• CPA, CFA or relevant investment professional qualification is preferrable;
• Excellent Client and industry connections;
• Strong English & Chinese report writing skills;
• Strong written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
• Experience in working in Mainland Chinese entities in Hong Kong will be a plus;
• Travelling may be required
