Our client is a well-established reputable bank in Hong Kong, providing extensive banking and financial services to client across the world. They have strong presence and resources covering local market and Greater China region. Due to business needs, they are currently looking for an experienced private banker to join their private banking department.

Exciting new role for you

You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in the Private Banking Department. You will be responsible to manage a portfolio business with growth targets and strategically grow business relationships. You will be providing advisory on investment products according to clients’ desires, needs and risk level. In addition, you will be ensuring the procedures and compliance guidelines related to Private banking are strictly complied.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in banking (Private banking experience will be an advantage)
• Passed the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or qualification of Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) is preferred
• Sound knowledge of credit, risk control, investment products and banking procedures
• Client-centric with strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua an advantage
