Our client is a prestigious corporate and investment bank. They are currently looking for a strong candidate to join their team for the entitled position.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team head in reviewing and drafting both standard and non-standard credit and collateral documentation independently in a professional manner as well as handling other related activities;
• Prepare various reports for internal and HKMA’s requirements;
• Participating in system enhancement projects proactively from time to time;

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably with qualification relevant to banking and legal areas etc.;
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in relevant fields;
• Familiar with loan agency work and banking lending products, which includes trade finance, syndication and treasury products, bilateral loans etc.;
• Experienced in bank lending provisions including syndicated loan, project finance, and aircraft finance;
• Sound knowledge in PRC laws and regulations, exposure of system projects would an asset;
• Attention to details, strong analytic skill and able to work independently with team spirit;
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.  Putonghua speaking is a must;
• Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Manager.
