Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct global sourcing of personal hygiene and health supplement products
• Build and maintain a strong local and regional network with suppliers to meet customers’ current and future business needs
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate for the best price, coordinating and leveraging in the market place for the procurement of goods
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of vendors, order management, production tracking till delivery and contract provision for suppliers
• Develop the merchandise mix and promotion strategies
• Calculate sales estimation, rolling forecast buying plan and analyze sales data to monitor business performance for implementation of relevant product strategies
• Provide supporting materials, such as in-store display product details, in order to enhance department and product image
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree graduated in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• 7 years' sourcing experience of personal hygiene products / health supplement  products is a must
• Experience in house brand development is preferable
• Strong multi supplier management skill and good negotiation skill
• Well-organized, detail-minded and self-motivated working attitude
• Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Excellent skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
