Due to the rapid expansion of our consultancy services in Hong Kong, we are now seeking suitable applicants to fill up the following vacancies in Vigers Building Consultancy Limited:

Works Supervisors / Building Inspectors (Short term: Feb 2020 to Oct 2020)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out FLAT TO FLAT inspection to buildings and premises within HIGH END private residential estates and courts; such inspections and surveys are to be conducted inside vacant flats; identify defects and faulty installations;
• Conduct survey & inspection to external areas, within or adjacent to private housing estates and courts;
• Prepare defect lists with photographs;
• Supervise building contractors on defect rectification works including making and maintaining site records; reporting upon completion of works;
• Monitor the progress of rectification works to meet agreed programme.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Holder of Certificate from a Hong Kong Polytechnic / Polytechnic University / Technical Institute in Building Studies / Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or equivalent with relevant working experiences in Building Maintenance; and
• Qualification of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination ("Grade E" in Chinese and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE held before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language") or equivalent; and
• Well versed in the application of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT; and
• With positive working attitude and services-oriented mindset.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Salary: 

• $18,000 - $23,000 per month subject to meeting minimum requirements and assessment of working experience and nature of previous employment
