Responsibilities:

• Prepare BEAM Plus monitoring report;
• Coordinate with Consultant & NSCs and consolidate the relevant documents to facilitate BEAM Plus assessment;
• Implement and update the Environmental Management Plans, and other contractual submissions;
• Carry out joint site inspection to identify potential hazards to the environment;
• Assist in environmental training and meeting.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or higher certificate in Engineering, Construction or Environmental discipline;
• 3 years' working experience with minimum 1 year working experience in environmental related work;
• Familiar with BEAM Plus credits and submission criteria is essential, preferably involved in at least two BEAM Plus projects;
• Completion of the "Environmental Protection Course for Environmental Supervisor" organised by the CIC, IVE or equivalent is an advantage.
