The role
We’re on the hunt for an Associate with the right mix of experience, talent and drive to deliver projects across a range of types and scales.

The role requires previous experience in large scale mixed use projects with capability to develop design concepts and apply across all building typologies.  The ability to present to clients our design process and the value of great design outcomes and experience leading highly motivated design and documentation teams, we want you in our Hong Kong studio. Excellent communication skills and experience in speaking Mandarin is critical to the success of this role.

About you
We’re looking for a designer who is also an inspiring leader, so being a great communicator is just as important as having a head full of knowledge about design.  As a leader in design you’ve got a clear vision of your own but really excel when you’re collaborating with others.  You challenge design boundaries and actively contribute to the design culture in the Hong Kong Studio.

Your strong conceptual design skills are on a par with your expertise managing the entire design process from client liaison, briefing, to design development and documentation.

Ideally, you’ll have at least 10 years experience under your belt. Knowing your way around AutoCAD and AutoCAD is a bonus, but not a deal breaker – but you need to know Revit and Rhino like the back of your hand.
