Responsibilities

•          Map user’s experience out and create ergonomic design, user interface design and for the IT system.
•          Use human-centered design to ensure the design can meet customer needs.
•          Integrate design features, wireframes, sketches, flow diagrams, style guides and user research into the development process
•          Work closely with development team to develop intuitive user experiences on IT solutions.
•          Provide documents and reports to management and customers.

Requirements

•          A diploma or above in ergonomic or human factor engineering or equivalent;
•          At least post (5) years of post-qualification ergonomic or user interface design public safety /call center systems or similar;
•          Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills are advantages.
•          Ability to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
•          Proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese will be required.
