Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

• Assisting in handling applications to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes from local and mainland applicants including recruitment, admission, student support and examinations;
• Providing general support to the daily operations, including programmes, projects and activities, carried out by the School;
• Providing counter services and handling enquiries; and
• Performing any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

• At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics;
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua is an advantage) and computer skills are required; and
• Good communication and organizational skills, good service attitude, be self-motivated, a strong sense of responsibility as well as the ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.

Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.

Compensation Package

Competitive compensation package including basic salary, end-of-contract gratuity and discretionary incentive (if any) will be offered to the right candidate.  Fringe benefits such as generous annual leave, staff learning and development sponsorship, medical & dental benefits and life insurance coverage will also be provided.
