Due to our business extension, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Senior E & M Engineer – (Station in Macau)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle facilities management, fitting out and repair & maintenance issues
• Ensuring buildings’ facilities and utilities assets are functional, in good and safe working condition
• Leading a team of technical staff to carry out the preventive maintenance program and perform ad hoc projects
• Plan, manage and implementations of regular maintenance & repair work and E & M facilities
• Coordinate with external supplier / vendor to establish and maintain an effective channel for communication and information flow within the department
• Manage other ad-hoc projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or above in Electrical / Mechanical or related discipline
• At least 10 years’ experience in Facility and Property Management with 5 years at supervisory level
• Communication and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and flexibly under high pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
