Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and implement various policies and procedures relating to the company's quality management system, e.g. documentation system, internal audit and product complaints
• To assist the Head of Quality on the quality system upgrade and maintenance
• Continuous improving the existing system of manufacturing process and assure the GMP compliance and upgrading
• Assist in performing ad hoc project and other QA-related duties as per management requested.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Pharmaceutical or Quality Management related disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience in Quality Assurance of pharmaceutical industry
• Familiar with GMP and front-line operation is a must
• Understand validation activities will be definitely advantageous
• Strong communication skill and good command in written English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Chinese word processing is a must
• Suitable candidate with less experience / qualification may be considered as Assistant QA Officer
